Still fun after six years.. Only 500 characters to explain this awesome game is unfair. I am 70 years old and have been playing this game for over 6 years now. The developer team is awesome! Never a boring time over the six years. Costs me no more than $2 a week to get additional perks and the perks are awesome also. There are more expensive options but I just avoid them. THIS is more then a match three, a PVP, you can play alone or with a team. There is also free play. AND THERE ARE NO ADS!!

This game is fraudulent and predatory. After recording and looking back at matches, it seems about 80%+ of my matches are with an AI, not a person. In these matches I receive significantly less time per turn than the enemy, the AI enemy plans moves with zero hesitation which align with blocks that haven't fallen yet, the enemy receives comically large chains and points combos, and I typically get steamrolled in points- causing me to lose the pay-to-play tokens.

I used to love this game & even left a 5-star review before! Recently I have been losing more and more boosters because of connection issues, with no refunds or compensation! I have spent a lot of money on this game and Im very disappointed by the lack of customer support. When I reached out for help, I was directed to a bot that simply said it could not assist and suggested reading articles that did not solve my problem! I am frustrated and no longer feel motivated to play.
