I've been playing this game pretty regular for the past 7 years and love it. But also hate it with a passion. the standard mode can be frustrating but imo seems pretty fair. The hero cards and whatnot aren't overpowered to the point you can't mount an effective strategy against. It's the merge tactics mode that is infuriating. extremely pay to win. Some troops are so overpowered unless you get perfect troop rolls they wipe the board in a matter of seconds with zero defense. FIX IT!!!!

Top 10 games you should NEVER play. The fun casual mode is nothing but bots, and the trophy road is full of nothing but overleved cards and less than human creatures. That and the never ending in app purchases make this game a cess pool of trash. This is extremely sad, because in a vaccum, the gameplay WOULD be top 10! Quite possibly one of the biggest examples of wasted potential on the internet; up there with everything Rovio did.

Guys, I totally love this game. But if you enjoy playing it and you're any good, you quickly rise to a rank where you're playing people who just have significantly more leveled up troops than you. This makes it almost impossible to win. Also, some units are so overpowered that you end up facing them every time. When those units are also leveled up, it becomes a grind of playing against people who employ no strategy other than to drop the leveled up heavy units, you can go back. It's frustrating.
